Private Jet Charter
and Global Trip Support
ARGUS-registered broker and 24-hour operations desk. 5,259 flights across 3,000 airports since 2011, without a single safety incident.

A Team of Aviators,
Not Agents, Since 2011
Icarus Jet is an ARGUS-registered, NBAA and EBAA accredited private jet charter broker and aircraft management company, with a 100% safety record across 5,259 completed flights since 2011. On-demand jet charter, international trip support, helicopter transfers, jet fuel and full aircraft management all come off one desk, run from Dallas, Dubai and London.
The people on that desk are pilots, dispatchers, meteorologists, engineers and accountants, working across several languages and four time zones. Nobody is reading your trip off a script, and every detail is handled from booking to landing.
- On-demand jet charter, helicopter transfers and group aircraft
- International trip support, permits, handling, slots and fuel
- Full aircraft management for owners, with charter revenue when you are not flying
Four Things You Can Check
Broker, not operator
No fleet to fill, so the aircraft is chosen for your routing instead of your routing bent to fit ours.
100% safety record
5,259 flights since 2011 with zero incidents. Every operator is ARGUS or Wyvern audited before it carries you.
Flat fee, zero markup
Priced per leg by aircraft weight, with no margin buried in handling. The quote is the invoice.
Cleared where others are not
Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Greece and India. Permit-heavy airspace where lead times decide whether the trip happens.
Which Service Do You Need?
Charter on one side, flight operations on the other. The same team runs both, which is why a charter client and a flight department get the same answer about the same airport.
Group Charter
Regional jets and narrow-body airliners for teams, delegations and film crews.→05Aircraft Management
Operations, crew and compliance for owners who want the aircraft, not the admin.→06Jet Fuel
Contract and into-plane fuel at 3,000 plus airports, released and reconciled by the desk.→07Medical and Air Ambulance
Repatriation and time-critical transfers, coordinated with the receiving team.→Built by Someone
Who Flies the Aircraft
Icarus Jet started in 2011 in a two-bedroom apartment in Dallas. Kevin Singh was flying the Hawker 800 and the Challenger 600 series internationally at the time, and he built the company around the part of the job that kept going wrong. It was never the flying. It was the ground.
He still holds an FAA ATP, still instructs on the Challenger and Global programmes, and is still in the operations conversation rather than above it. That is why the desk argues about permit lead times and runway lengths instead of about marketing. The person who set the standard has spent his own nights waiting on a clearance.

Flat Fee. Nothing Hidden
in the Handling.
Most trip support is priced as a percentage of handling, fuel and third-party invoices. The fee grows as the invoice grows, which puts the incentive on the wrong side of the table. We charge one flat fee per leg, banded by aircraft category, and the number you are quoted before departure is the number on the invoice afterwards.
The usual model
- A percentage of handling, fuel and third-party invoices
- Margin can sit inside the fuel uplift price, where you will not see it
- The fee moves as the trip moves, so the final number is a surprise
How Icarus charges
- One flat fee per leg, banded by aircraft category
- Ground handling passed through at actual cost, zero markup
- Bulk fuel discounts passed back to you rather than kept
- Quoted before you fly, unchanged after you land
Pay vendors directly with your own card and there is no service fee at all.
Which Cabin Suits the Sector?
Very Light Jets
Six Bases, One Network
Dallas, Dubai, London, Athens, Cairo and Nairobi. Between them the desk is awake at every hour, which is why a Gulf departure at 03:00 local reaches someone who is already at a screen. Each one has its own routes, airports and season.

Fifteen Years, One Safety Record
Because we are a broker rather than an operator, the audit happens before an aircraft is offered rather than after it is booked. Every operator is Wyvern or ARGUS audited and passes a background check covering maintenance, crew currency and training against standards above the FAA minimum.

What the People Who Book Say
Hands down the best International handler. Always above and beyond. Great company and even better People. Look forward to future trips.
From start to finish, Icarus Jet was top tier. Sanoop was very responsive with options, pricing and of course making those last minute changes happen for my clients. Summer in Greece can be very busy but we were able to get exactly what we needed.
Our Gulfstream 550's busy flight schedule cannot afford issues that would disrupt its worldwide operation. Icarusjet has gained this trust with us flight after flight, fuel contract after fuel contract. A must have for any serious Flight Department.
I can't say enough wonderful words about Icarus Jet. They solutioned a charter on very short notice for a medical emergency transport and handled every detail as if it was for their own family. Professional, Reliable and trustworthy.
My company uses Icarus for all of our international flight planning and handling needs. They are number one in the business. You are not just a number, they know our whole department by name. When issues come up, usually no fault of theirs, they are quick to get it straightened out.
The staff were extremely helpful throughout the process, from identifying the appropriate aircraft for the trip to arranging logistical support. The ground staff in Athens quickly transported me from the terminal to the aircraft. The pilot obtained a direct vector to my destination, cutting transit time.

Frequently Asked
Is Icarus Jet a charter broker or an aircraft operator?
Icarus Jet is an ARGUS-registered charter broker, with the exception of a small number of aircraft we broker exclusively. The advantage is that the aircraft is selected against your trip from a global operator network, instead of being whatever happens to sit on one company's ramp that week.
What does ARGUS-registered actually mean?
ARGUS is an independent auditor of business aviation. Registration means Icarus Jet has been vetted as a broker, and it sets the standard we hold operators to. Every operator we book is ARGUS or Wyvern audited, covering maintenance, crew currency and training against benchmarks above the FAA minimum.
Who founded Icarus Jet, and how long has it been operating?
Kevin Singh founded Icarus Jet in 2011, in a two-bedroom apartment in Dallas. He was flying the Hawker 800 and the Challenger 600 series internationally at the time. He holds an FAA ATP with more than 8,500 hours in command and still instructs on the Challenger and Global programmes.
How quickly do I get a quote?
Usually inside 60 minutes. Send the routing, the dates and the passenger count and the desk comes back with the aircraft that genuinely work for that sector, what is available on those dates, and an itemised price. The desk is staffed 24 hours, so the time of day does not change the answer.
What is the difference between charter and trip support?
Charter means we source and book an aircraft for you. Trip support means you already have the aircraft and we clear the ground for it: permits, handling, slots, fuel, crew arrangements and flight watch. Both run off the same desk, which is why the answers match.
Which regions do you operate in?
Operations run 24 hours a day from Dallas, Dubai, London, Athens, Cairo and Nairobi, covering the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Trip support has cleared aircraft into more than 3,000 airports, including slot-constrained and permit-heavy fields where lead times decide whether a trip happens.
How are trip support fees charged?
A flat fee per leg by aircraft category, based on maximum take-off weight, with zero markup on ground handling. The number you are quoted is the number you pay. Fuel is arranged separately with bulk discounts passed back to you rather than kept as margin.
Are your operators audited?
Yes. Every operator is Wyvern or ARGUS audited and passes a background check before flying for a client. Audit standards cover maintenance, crew currency and training above the FAA minimum. The safety record has stood at 100 percent across 5,259 flights since 2011.
Do you arrange helicopter charter and group aircraft as well as jets?
Yes. Helicopter transfers run strongest in Greece and the Cyclades, Italy, the French Riviera and Kenya, using single and twin-engine types for extended over-water sectors. For movements above nineteen passengers we charter regional jets and narrow-body airliners, configured VIP, all-economy or mixed depending on what the group needs.
Can Icarus Jet manage my aircraft?
Yes. Aircraft management covers day-to-day operations, crew, maintenance coordination, flight risk analysis, international handling, fuel planning, expense tracking and consolidated invoicing, with the aircraft available for charter when the owner is not using it. It suits owners who want the aircraft rather than the administration behind it.
